MasterClass Certificates pre-enrollment purchases are fully refundable at any time before the official program launch. If you cancel during the pre-enrollment period, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once the program has launched, our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies, provided that no certificate has been delivered. If you request to cancel and get a refund within 30 days of launch and no certificate has been issued, you are eligible for a full refund. After the 30-day period, all payments are nonrefundable.

Once a certificate has been delivered, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, even if you are still within the 30-day window.

If you have a Certificates Annual Pass subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, as long as no certificate has been issued to you yet. Once any certificate is issued, your subscription is no longer eligible for a refund, even if you're still within the 30-day window. Refunds are for the full amount; we don't offer partial or prorated refunds. If your subscription is refunded, your access ends right away, but any certificate you've already earned is yours to keep.
