Managing/Canceling Your Certificates Annual Pass
Your Certificates Annual Pass renews automatically each year. If you'd like to stop it from renewing, you can do that yourself in your account settings. (Refunds are handled separately, see below.)
To stop your subscription from renewing (self-serve): you can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your account settings:
- Log in + open Settings
- Scroll to the Membership section + select Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current term, and it won't renew after that. Any certificates you've already earned are yours to keep permanently.
To request a refund within your first 30 days: contact support. If no certificate has been issued to you yet, we'll process a full refund, and your subscription access ends immediately. Any certificate you've already earned is still yours to keep. (Once any certificate has been issued, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund, even within the 30 days.)
Your subscription renews automatically each year. We'll email you a reminder about 30 days before your renewal date.
