Requesting a copy of your invoice or receipt
You can download a copy of your invoice or receipt for your MasterClass Certificates purchase right from your account:
- Log in to your MasterClass Certificates account
- Go to Settings
- Under Payment, find Payment History (Invoices/Receipts) and click View
- Locate the charge you need and click Download
Your Payment History includes both individual certificate course purchases and Certificates subscription (Annual Pass) charges, so you can grab any receipt whenever you need it.
You can also find a copy in the confirmation email sent to the email address on your account at the time of purchase.
