What to Expect After Acceptance
Between now and the start date, you can expect onboarding emails with everything you need to prepare, details on key dates and milestones, and updates from the MasterClass Executive team. There's nothing you need to do right now except watch your inbox: your next communication will come directly from the team.
When does the program start?
The program officially begins on July 7, 2026. Additional key dates and milestones will be shared through email in the weeks leading up to the start.
I've been accepted and paid. What happens next?
Between now and July 7, accepted students can expect the following:
- Onboarding emails with everything you need to prepare for day one
- Program details including key dates, milestones, and what to expect from the experience
- Updates from the MasterClass Executive team as more information is finalized
There's nothing you need to do right now. Just keep an eye on your inbox. The next communication will come directly from the MasterClass Executive team.

All components are designed to help you build a portfolio to share with employers.
When is optional in-person event at the University of Chicago Booth?
The optional in-person session takes place September 26-27, 2026, at the University of Chicago Booth campus (Hyde Park).
The session begins at 8:00 AM on September 26 with breakfast and check-in.
If you're traveling to Chicago, we suggest arriving the evening of September 25 so you're settled before the first morning.
All AI Labs and virtual events are recorded, so you don't need to attend in person to complete the program or earn your certificate. Attendance is optional.
