Here are some frequently asked questions about using MasterClass via the Revolut partnership.
Please note that this FAQ article contains information that is specific to members who are signed up via Revolut, so it may not apply if you signed up using another means.
What is the difference between Ultra and Metal card subscriptions?
With the Ultra Card, you receive a full MasterClass subscription, providing access to the entire catalog of 200+ classes. With the Metal Card, you get a limited MasterClass subscription, offering access to 45 select classes. Those classes include:

When I input my email to create a MasterClass account, it says the email is already tied to an account, what do I do?
If you receive an error when trying to create an account that says “That email has already been taken”, click the “Sign in'' button at the bottom of the modal and sign-in with your existing credentials. You can then follow the prompts on the screen to activate MasterClass with Revolut membership.
Can I claim the Revolut offer if I have an active membership with MasterClass?
No, users that have an active membership with MasterClass are not eligible to redeem a Revolut subscription until their current subscription has ended. To cancel your current subscription, you can follow instructions here. Note that you can only redeem a Revolut subscription at the end of your current subscription period.
Why am I receiving a message that my link has expired when I try to go to MasterClass?
If you see this message, it means that the activation code has either been: invalidated, expired, redeemed, or canceled. For more information on subscription management, please contact Revolut.
Will my membership renew at the end of offer period?
No, your membership will not automatically renew at the end of your offer period. If you are eligible to receive an extended membership, Revolut will distribute a new activation code through their site. Please contact Revolut for more details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
To change your MasterClass subscription type, please contact Revolut.
Why am I getting an email that my MasterClass account has been canceled?
There are a few reasons why your MasterClass account would have been canceled, including cancellation of your Revolut subscription, etc. Please contact Revolut support for more information.
Why don't I get access to a certain class or all classes?
This most likely means you have the Metal Card level membership which means you get access to 45 select classes. To get access to the full MasterClass library, you need an Ultra Card.
