Managing Android App Auto-Renewal
If your MasterClass subscription was purchased through the Google then you can cancel your subscription and auto-renewal directly through the Play Store.
Steps to Cancel Your Annual Subscription
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Steps to Cancel Your Auto-Renewal
You can cancel or update your subscription in the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to manage.
- For active subscriptions, tap Manage.
- To update your payment method, tap Update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have completed this process your subscription will be set to cancel upon the renewal date of your original purchase. Your subscription should remain active until the renewal.
