Reset or Change Password
This article provides information on how to log into your MasterClass account and change your password. If your login is connected to Google, Facebook, or Apple, please use the social sign-in option on the login screen.
If you know your current password
- Go to www.masterclass.com
- In the upper right corner click Login, and use your current password
- Once logged in, click on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the page and select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Click on Edit next to your password and a new box will appear
- Verify your email by clicking on Send Email Verification and click the link in the email sent to your account email's inbox
- Enter your old password into the Current Password field and then add a new password of your choice (and re-confirm)
- Click the Save Changes button. You will now be able to use your new password moving forward.
If you do not know your current password
- Go to www.masterclass.com
- Click Log In at the top right corner of the homepage
📝 If something other than Log In is showing at the top right corner, then it is likely that you are already signed into your account, and you will need to log out before continuing. - Click Forgot your password? toward the bottom of the pop-up window
- You will be prompted to enter your email address, and a password reset link will automatically be emailed to you with further instructions
If your account is linked to social sign-in
To log in, use the social sign-in option on the login screen (Google, Facebook, or Apple). If you’d like to change your password or unlink your account, simply log in and navigate to your account settings to manage your social sign-in preferences.
If you are having trouble signing in with your email and password, clear your browser cache as according to your web browser's instructions. If you continue to have issues logging in, please contact support.
