MasterClass Father's Day 2026 New Member Offer Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The MasterClass Father's Day 2026 New Member Offer (the “Father's Day Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the Father's Day Offer, you must complete the purchase of a MasterClass annual membership or gift membership without exiting the offer checkout flow. The Father's Day Offer is valid for one-time use only.

The Father's Day Offer will expire on June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

The Offer

The Father's day Offer entitles you to purchase a MasterClass annual membership for yourself or as a gift at a discounted rate of 50% off of the original price for the initial year only. By accepting the Father's Day Offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service. You also accept that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Autorenewing Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

The MasterClass annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Once purchased, if you do not cancel prior to renewal, the MasterClass annual membership will automatically renew 365 days from the date of your original purchase at the then-current full, non-promotional price. Unless you cancel before the end of each term, your payment method will automatically be charged every year thereafter at the then-current non-promotional price. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

For Gifts: A gifted one-year annual membership will expire 365 Days from the date of your purchase, if not redeemed by the recipient. Once a one-year annual membership purchased as part of the EOS Offer has been activated, it cannot be refunded. The MasterClass gift membership is an auto-renewing membership. Unless the gift recipient cancels before the end of the annual term, their payment method will automatically be charged every year thereafter at the then-current non-promotional price. To cancel their subscription, the gift recipient must log into their MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

Unless otherwise noted during your purchase of the Service you choose, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or as set forth in the refund policy applicable to any Service you purchase through a third-party marketplace, should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days after purchase (or if not redeemed in within the first 30 days after purchase in the case of gifts), MasterClass will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are only available within the 30 days following a purchase. Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the Terms of Service; violations are determined at MasterClass's sole discretion. If MasterClass determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund. To be eligible for the Father's Day Offer, you must:

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the Father's Day Offer at any time and for any reason. The Father's Day Offer is only available for a limited time.

The Father's Day Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Limit one promotional purchase per person (as determined by the email address associated with the active account). The Father's Day Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. The Father's Day Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership.
