MasterClass Coach Trial Offer Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The MasterClass Coach Free Trial Offer (the “Coach Trial Offer") is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the Coach Trial Offer, you must create an account and sign up for the 14-day free trial of the Coach product without exiting the offer sign-up flow. The Coach Trial Offer is valid for one-time use only.

The Coach Trial Offer will expire on September 30, 2026, at 11:59PM PT.

The Offer

The Coach Trial Offer entitles you to a 14-day free trial of MasterClass Coach ("Coach"). No payment method is required to start your free trial. You are under no obligation to continue to a paid subscription. By accepting the Coach Trial Offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service. You also accept that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Free Trial, Conversion, and Cancellation

Your free trial begins on the date you sign up and lasts for 14-days (the "Trial Period"). You will not be asked for a credit card or other payment method to begin your free trial. Your payment method will only be collected and charged if you affirmatively choose to continue to a paid subscription.

If you do nothing during the Trial Period, your access to Coach will automatically end at the conclusion of the Trial Period. You will not be charged, and no action is required on your part to avoid being charged.

If you choose to continue using Coach after the Trial Period, you will be asked to provide a valid payment method. Once you add a payment method and confirm your subscription, you will be charged the then-current price for Coach, and your subscription will automatically renew each BILLING PERIOD (e.g. "month" or "year"] thereafter at the then-current price, until you cancel. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass Coach account and follow the prompts on the Settings page prior to the next renewal date.

The 14-day free trial gives you a full opportunity to evaluate Coach before you are ever charged, so payments made after your Trial Period ends are non-refundable. By choosing to continue to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to use Coach during the Trial Period and that no refund will be issued for the current or any subsequent billing period, except as required by applicable law. This does not affect your ability to cancel at any time to prevent future charges, as described above.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Coach Trial Offer, you must:

• (A) not have previously redeemed a free trial of Coach (as determined by the email address associated with the account); and

• (B) sign up before September 30, 2026, at 11:59PM PT, using the Coach Trial Offer code or link only through MasterClass’ Coach website. Offer does not apply to registration through third parties.

The Coach Trial Offer is only available for a limited time, and MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the Coach Trial Offer at any time and for any reason.

The Coach Trial Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Limit one free trial per person (as determined by the email address associated with the active account). The Coach Trial Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. The Coach Trial Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership.
