PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE CERTIFICATES VISIONARY LEADERSHIP PATH OFFER.
INTRODUCTION
The Certificates Visionary Leadership Path Offer (the “VLP Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the VLP Offer, you must purchase the Navy Seal Foundation - "Leadership and Decision-Making Under Pressure", The Moonshot Factor - "Breakthrough Innovation Strategy", and Microsoft - "Lead with AI" Certificates courses, together “Visionary Leadership Path”, without exiting the offer checkout flow.
THE OFFER
The VLP Offer entitles you to purchase the Visionary Leadership Path for a discount of 20% off of the original total price for the individual courses. Your card will be charged the price displayed at the time of your Visionary Leadership Path purchase. By accepting the VLP Offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service and you also accept that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.
ACCESS AND REFUNDS
Upon completing your VLP Offer purchase, your card will be charged the price displayed at the time of your purchase. Your VLP Offer purchase will grant you three separate Certificate courses. The material for each Certificate course in the VLP Offer will be available to you for one year (365 days) following the date of your purchase. You must complete all associated requirements within that year in order to receive your Certificates.
Full refunds for the VLP Offer are available only if requested within the earlier of: (a) thirty (30) days from the date the Visionary Leadership Path is purchased, or (b) the date on which a Certificate is issued for any one of the three courses.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the VLP Offer, you must:
- (A) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and
- (B) sign up through MasterClass’s website directly. The VLP Offer does not apply to registration through third parties.
AVAILABILITY
MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the VLP Offer at any time and for any reason.
The VLP Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. The VLP Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership. Other restrictions may apply.
