[MUSIC PLAYING] - Okay, so now I'm going to walk you through some essential tools that you might need in the kitchen. But remember, the best tool in life is you, your senses, your eyes, your taste, your creativity, and your confidence. But you also need materials. All right. So I'm going to be showing you tools that I have in my kitchen. Some might look familiar to you. Some might not. And overall, they might make your life easier. Once again, all those tools will be shown through the sequences of recipe that we're going to do with you guys. I'm going to also be showing you some alternative, because sometimes you might not be able to get those tools. So I just don't want you to be worried. We can do in both ways. The first one that I like to use and have in my kitchen is the peeler. It's fun. You can find a peeler anywhere, any stores. I like different color. We have about five color in my kitchen at home. I have two kids, so they can fight over. I love that. Then my little tweezers. Why I use tweezers? You know, when you use your hand, I think it's very important to just cook with your hand. I love it. And sometimes there is moisture that happens, you know, with your finger and hand. So it's nice to have a little tweezer to make sure the detail is nice, and you can pick up whatever you want to pick up. So here we have a melon baller, which is great. I love this, because I can form with different types of fruit. It's perfect for working with fruit and vegetables. I like to use unique tools like this that you don't normally see when cooking with meat. Where I love to use that in the kitchen is I can give that to my kids. And so they don't have to use a knife. And they can make a bowl of whatever they want, especially with fruit. One of the knives that also I love to use is a paring knife. I think most of you guys might have that also in your kitchen, which allows you to maybe be more detailed on things you want to peel or to cut. So it can allow you to be very creative and to create things that are beautiful too. A chef's knife is very important, but it's also very subjective. The way that you choose a knife, it needs to be your knife. The way you feel with it, the weight of it, the way that you use it. So I can't tell you. There's a lot of brands out there. But it needs to feel good in your hand. Make sure that your knife is always sharp. Otherwise, it's not going to be good for you. You might hurt yourself. Ladle is also something that I use a lot in the kitchen. There is also a hand blender that helps me a lot to form soup. This is a tool that I always have on hand in my kitchen, spatula and whisk. Allows me to be more precise, to scrape whatever I'm doing. But this is a hand tool that I love to carry anywhere I go. And then we're going to go to the cookie cutter. What I love about this is, allows you to do different shape that you want. So detail, we're going to be using that in a recipe o...
