HALLE BERRY: Look at us, all 4 billion of us, carrying the weight of the world. We create. We nurture. We balance everything. We spend so much time trying to keep up, struggling to fit in, and holding it down. It's not easy, but we have our good days. And then. I would say the worst part of menopause is the unknown. I want to know, am I normal? I feel like the people at my age are trying to launch our children, take care of our parents. And then you put all that on top of your hormones raging, and I just feel like it's a lot to handle for anybody, but yet, please do it and show up every day. You might ask, why me? Well, I'm here because I'm standing up for myself. And I know that when a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women. And all women go through menopause. Our experiences with menopause are just as individual as we are. No two women go through menopause in the same way. Some of the symptoms that I'm experiencing of menopause, I think, are the obvious ones, which are night sweats, a little bit of mood swing, a little brain fog. Hot flashes, sleeplessness. I'm tired all the time. If I wake up, I'm tired. HALLE BERRY: In this class, we've brought together four of the world's leading experts in women's health. We're going to talk hormones, where they come from, where they go, what they do in the body. There's good news. We can throw our tampons away. It seems radical to talk about menopause, but it really shouldn't be radical to talk about an experience that happens to 50% of the population.
