3. __Establish a growth boundary__. Even though this hedge bamboo variety is quite self-contained and typically requires few preventative measures to stay in check, new shoots of bamboo can spread mildly. To impede even the smallest amount of spreading, step on the shoots growing past the boundary you prefer. Another solution is to install a root barrier or simply keep your Seabreeze bamboo plants in containers to manage growth.
4. __Water your bamboo plants regularly.__ This hearty and beautiful bamboo is technically a type of grass, and thus requires water every two days for the first few months of growth.
