The Amaretto Sour is a sweet and refreshing cocktail that is easy to prepare. Amaretto is an almond-flavored, Italian liqueur that can be drunk on its own or mixed into cocktails. The classic Amaretto Sour recipe calls for fresh juice and simple syrup, but a sour mix can be substituted in a pinch. You can make individual Amaretto Sours, pre-batch them for a party, or make a punch bowl for a larger group.
