I have learned to prepare meals like a gourmet chef by being organized, paying attention to detail, and making sure that the food is thoroughly cooked. This was a wonderful opportunity to learn from a master chef- Gordon Ramsay. Thank you. Thank you.

I have purchased all of the cooking MasterClasses and each one has helped me in my overall understanding of cooking. I love Gordon Ramsay's style and appreciation for food. I thoroughly enjoyed this class as well as his first class that teaches some of the basics which allows you not to be intimidated at the grocery store. Thanks!

Gordon is an excellent and passionate instructor. I refreshed some techniques and learned a few new ones. I hope he does another class.

Any idea what GR would recommend as a sub for cilantro? I'm one of those who thinks it tastes like soap!

My husband doesn't like sushi, or fish that is medium rare...but I wanted to make this dish. He absolutely loved it! He said that the tuna did not taste fishy, and it was so tender. He didn't even notice that it was rare in the center. He also doesn't get along with cucumbers, but is able to handle pickles, so I pulled another fast one over him. The dish was a success! Loved all of the flavors and this is definitely a dish that would impress company.

A fellow student

I am a novice cook and I followed the video and the workbook as closely as I could. I could NOT get the sesame seeds to stick to the tuna. Does anyone have any tips or insights as to what I did wrong? Please help :)

I've made a variation of this dish, but so happy to get the trick of coating it with egg white and basting while cooking. Will make all the difference.
