Gordon Ramsay is a genius! I love learning cooking from him!!!

It is always a pleasure to have Chef Ramsay teach, his passion is the first thing which is apparent in his teaching. Loved every minute of it and want more

This course is amazing. Gordon Ramsey is a wonderful teacher and his presentation style very entertaining. I learned so much and am eager to put the new skills to use.

I'm a competant cook in the home kitchen. This course was far much better than the first course by Gordon Ramsay which i also attended. In this course, it really showed the "Techniques" and the execution of those techniques important to elevating ones cooking game. This course was great. I'll surely have to go back through it again and do the lesson plans.

A fellow student

I am a novice cook and I followed the video and the workbook as closely as I could. I could NOT get the sesame seeds to stick to the tuna. Does anyone have any tips or insights as to what I did wrong? Please help :)

I've made a variation of this dish, but so happy to get the trick of coating it with egg white and basting while cooking. Will make all the difference.

@GordonRamsay: can you also use chia seeds instead of the black sesame seeds?

I have someone in the house that can't eat sesame seeds. What else could I use as it's replacement?

I wonder if there is an alternative to the egg white as I don't do eggs. I've also done a ton of things with black pepper and a variety of seeds/spices. All great. But this is prettier than the rest.

I have coated tuna several times, using sesame seeds. Never with egg white before. This makes all the difference. Amazing result. Thanks, chef!

I did not have black plates. Some of the Micro Greens, I could not find. The ones that I did find were at Whole Foods. Yuzu Juice you can find at a Asian store. If you do not have an Asian store around then order it on the Internet. A serializer you can get a Target or Amazon.
