I am a journeyman butcher/meat cutter/fish monger with 40 plus years experience. This course has opened my eyes! Highly Recommended!!

It has given me tips on the little things more than anything else. How to cut without losing a finger. Turning a plate rather than dripping across it. All those little things that tend to be the difference between a cook and a professional.

Thank you Master class. And Chef Ramsey! I've fallen in love with cooking! I love love love the class and I want more! Thanks! Big Green Egg Chef Matt Myers!

Great beginner class! Gordon is a really great teacher and has the highest standards. The littlest touches is what I appreciate the most out of this course! Looking forward to his 2nd masterclass.

Very good. Spoke at a good rate of speed. Other speakers are so slow. Interesting and helpful tips.

Loved the Master Class...he is down to earth and teaches not only the skill of cooking but his passion which is inspiring...

Wow. Thank you. Those were great words of advice. I am not a cook by any means. A grilled cheese and a bowl of spaghetti is about as beef wellington as I can get. I am here at Master Class to learn how to write, but man you are cool. Watching you do your thing is inspiring. I am familiar with the hot headed but hilarious character from Hell's Kitchen. Watching you do your thing here and listening to your words of advice was quite fucking amazing.....Thank you for sharing sir.....or should I say Donkey. LOL You have most definitely mastered your craft.

Well said! For me there is work and then there is passion. The difference is work is standardized. For example, I'm a decently acceptable housekeeper. Two hours of touch-up work daily is acceptable but no more. With cooking and sewing though? I lose track of time. I keep reaching for more and new to me lessons to strive with, manage, and then perfect. I believe passion keeps life exciting and happy.

That's Right! I LOVE HIM! I LOVE THIS FUCKKIN GUY!!!!! Can be beaten but NEVER Defeated!!!!! That's the kind of Passion I'm talking about. That's why I keep going on. I have a passion for what I do and I will never stop until I am on TOP.

Mistakes a merely a journey to our success! I make plenty of then and then my next cook outshines the last! Anything is possible and everything is probable! Your living proof of these words. Thank you

I got goose bumps listening to his last few sentences. Gorden is inspirational.

I signed up for Master class for photography, science... learning in general and I was quite surprised at how much I really enjoyed Gordons class. Ever since my first omelet I made when I was 7 or so years old till today 50 years later people have considered me a good cook. But not until watching Gordon Ramsey doing some of the very same things that I've done for years have I been truly inspired while cooking. He has brought excitement and passion to what I used to think merely as a means to put calories into my body. He has truly changed my perspective and I now really "Love" to cook after so many years of treating it as a necessity.

This man is a huge inspiration. I loved hearing his stories about his struggles to work at what he loved doing, his learning process and how he became so successful at such a young age. His humility and desire to share his knowledge make this class a true gem. His technique and knowledge are exceptional. I will review every class, re read every workbook and watch the whole thing all over again. Great cook, great teacher, great class.
