What a GREAT class! Thank you Gordon Ramsay for sharing of yourself, which is the best thing to share with others! I love your confidence and confidence is built by experience. BRAVO!

I loved getting to know Chef Ramsay and watching him make pasta was mind-boggling. I wish there was more information about making sauces though. Especially for the Beef Wellington. In my foodie world, a dish is not complete without a sauce.

Fucking Awesome. Just some of the understanding gained here has really taken my cooking experimentation to the next level - thanks Gordon! :)

Gordon's class was revolutionary for me.....Oye...

Gordon is absolutely brilliant. At first, I was not sure I wanted to watch based on his volatile nature on his TV shows. After listening to his introduction I decided to watch and wow Gordon is my favorite Master Class. He is passionate and has put in all the work. He deserves much more recognition for his talent and drive. I especially like how he explains the value of using everything an ingredient can provide as if your life and business depends on every cent. He has not only shared his exceptional techniques and menu but has instilled a need to be more mindful of everything we do. Gordon provides life lessons using cooking as a platform. We can apply his passion, focus, persistence and drive to perfection in any career or pursuit. I have found a new interest, respect, and eagerness to learn more... I have insisted my son (24) and daughter (20) to watch his cooking classes to see what a successful person with passion and drive acts like! Wow, congratulations to Gordon and the Masterclass for sharing a brilliant mind in his element. I can't wait to watch other Masterclass experts.

Thank you Gordon Ramsay. You are a great mentor for the people out there who have drive and ambition to know there is a light toward their goal and more, with hard work, creativity, sacrifice, and determination. You are a true inspiration and your passion is a bright light.

Great to see from this point of view because my past vision of him was less positive. I love his passion in this whole series. Do what you love. Love what you do!

I'm warming. I am confident I'd have liked you a whole lot better had I not watched the exaggerated behaviours your producers seem to enjoy on TV. This lesson in your introduction MasterClass is not just an insight into your journey, but also to the human. It's becoming hard to not feel more than a little affection for your passion, and your vulnerability. Thank you for both.

Congratulations Gordon! What an incredible journey to share. Nothing amazing in this life comes easy. You've demonstrated great work and passion for your craft. Bravo.

Holy hell. This is the best lesson yet in any of the Master Classes I've taken. If this doesn't inspire you to get off your ass and do whatever it takes to excel at cooking or ANYTHING you aspire to master, check your pulse, man. You may be dead.

I use Plan to Eat. Its a wonderful program for creating shopping lists, importing recipes, planning and keeping track of my pantry. I do most of it on my desktop but I also have the app on my phone for shopping and my HD fire for use in the kitchen while cooking. Its brilliant and at $39 a year the subscription pays for itself inside of a couple of months. Highly recommended.

Retired at 50 - hmmmmmmmmmmm. How about inspiring children and teens through cooking (farming, too). Start school cooking programs. Gordon, you have so much to give. I love your drive and your honesty. You will find a new way to channel your energy.
