I learned a lot of baseline techniques to follow in order to improve on everyday kitchen work, and was inspired by Ramsey's stories on his journey from small town to 3 star restaurant. There are many steps, and it is important to master mashed potato ravioli before you can perfect lobster ravioli.

This class has helped me improve by introducing me to new styles, techniques, ingredients, and advice that you can't really see or read into a book to get.

This class has been such a thrill! Gordon's passion for food and cooking inspired me to elevate MY cooking skills and I've been serving some of the most tantalizing dishes. My husband saying, this is the best ...........I've ever tasted is such a reward!

The class was amazing and what I love the most about Gordon Ramsay the most is that he makes it so easy to learn, with the way he teaches and explains with all that passion he has got. He explains everything to a detail and it is really easy to understand and learn from him. Also he teaches some of the great tricks and techniques that you will never find in a book.

Great passion and drive that I will take with me to my kitchen both at home and at work.

It was very good. I like the fact that he addressed his passion and drive for cooking over the commercial values of becoming a great chef.

I’ve watched countless YouTube videos of GR and received this masterclass as a gift. I would say 80 percent of this has been covered on his YouTube but this is all wrapped up in one place. I always enjoy listening to GR talk about his passion. It definitely ignites mine. I almost forgot how much I loved to cook till he stumbled into my life. Going to watch the second one now ;)

Why can't I access any of the individual classes or the cookbook after watching the closing lesson?

I Honestly loved the Beef Wellington. I made it myself and it tasted like heaven. I also made the Poached Egg on Brioche with Mushrooms. My entire family loved it and scarfed it down to nothing.

Everything in this masterclass can be found on Gordon's youtube channel. Having said that, he knows his way around the different ingredients, just need to watch between the lines...

I watched this looking for some cooking tips and recipes (because of the amazing cookie recipe from Gordon's game), but leave with the keys to success and life. There is no opportunity without first the development of the skills to seize an opportunity when it presents itself. Awesome! I've shared this message with all of the people around me. I hope you know that you're helping people every day!

Fascinating, and very detailed. After twenty chapters, it is quite irritating to keep hearing these words: -literally -look -lightly -to die for but other than that, brilliant.

Find your passion, don't worry about the financial aspects. Everything else will fall in place (I am paraphrasing). That speaks volumes because I feel a lot of Chefs and Cooks get so consumed with making money from their position, that they forget to ENJOY their PASSION. The passion is what should draw you in the first place that is the ONLY way to be GREAT at what you do.
