To understand the attention to detail required to make great food.

Loved the course so far, it elevates simple cooking to perfection.

Don't just watch the videos get involved in the class. Try to make what he's making and that way is the only way you can really smell the foods are they play together your nose and on the palate. I'm glad I took the class, and I'm even happier that I took the unlimited version your other matters I also want to learn from.

After watching ALICE Waters, going to Gordon Ramsey is like a trip backwards through the "looking glass" to the harsh reality of balancing making the clients happy and having financially sustainable processes in the kitchen -and - then finding that it is having a passion that carries the day. I like the stressing of knowing your materials! I make a point of befriending the butchers, calling the green grocery man by his first name - and - if you are a great baker, bring the butcher and the green man a loaf - they will treat you like royalty.

-great chicken and salmon cooking ideas; -wonder who will ever make pasta like he did in the video: takes a lot of time and that was the only video where he had a helper :-); -nothing on pork or lamb cooking ideas, need to search him on other websites, maybe bbc food. -all in all, great ideas he borrowed from french years in Paris, as he admitted. I will use them as well. Good value for money, could have been more content on pork, lamb and veal. Have fun and start cooking! Thanks. Greetings from Romania

YAYAY! After a 2 year hiatus from this class (lots of life happened) I picked up tonight where I had left off and my husband and I working together on this bad boy. It's still resting, but I have to say it looks awesome!

95% fantastic content and his enthusiasm and competency is undeniable. That said, he refers to a very clearly farmed Atlantic salmon as an Alaskan King salmon and makes up some nonsense about salmon nosing around in rocks for food before doing a hack job of filleting it. Contrast that with his mastery of nearly everything else and it's a small complaint. His handling of pasta and the making of ravioli was particularly impressive. Inspired, even.

I enjoyed the lesson very much. I am glad the fundamentals were shared and also the techniques in making first class cooking available for the home chef. I am 74 years young and enjoy learning something new everyday. I can't wait to try the Beef Wellington in my home for my family.
