Just a foodie, it was great. One thing. I wish we learned more about herbs and the mixing of flavors and textures. That is all. Chef on.

I have been enjoying this class. The knowledge that Chef has given to all of us is a lesson that not everyone will understand. Thank you

natural teacher, interesting subjects, prefer watching cooking shows

I loved everything about this MasterClass: Gordon's passion for cooking is electrifying and makes me want to drop everything I'm doing and get n my kitchen. Getting to see Gordon's techniques first-hand was a real pleasure. I can't wait to host my next dinner party and blow my guests away with some fantastic fucking food.

Decent, but disappointing. One, this information is all available elsewhere, for free, and taught by Ramsey, i.e. YouTube. I've watched a ton of GR and didn't see or learn a new technique here, not because I 'know so much', but because this seemed like rehashed material from other lessons. Second, lets be honest, Cooking 1, one that involves basic Knife Skills, shouldn't then jump to a sea urchin and truffle scrambled egg. GR, Masterclass, know your audience a little better!

I Honestly loved the Beef Wellington. I made it myself and it tasted like heaven. I also made the Poached Egg on Brioche with Mushrooms. My entire family loved it and scarfed it down to nothing.

Everything in this masterclass can be found on Gordon's youtube channel. Having said that, he knows his way around the different ingredients, just need to watch between the lines...

I watched this looking for some cooking tips and recipes (because of the amazing cookie recipe from Gordon's game), but leave with the keys to success and life. There is no opportunity without first the development of the skills to seize an opportunity when it presents itself. Awesome! I've shared this message with all of the people around me. I hope you know that you're helping people every day!

Fascinating, and very detailed. After twenty chapters, it is quite irritating to keep hearing these words: -literally -look -lightly -to die for but other than that, brilliant.

Find your passion, don't worry about the financial aspects. Everything else will fall in place (I am paraphrasing). That speaks volumes because I feel a lot of Chefs and Cooks get so consumed with making money from their position, that they forget to ENJOY their PASSION. The passion is what should draw you in the first place that is the ONLY way to be GREAT at what you do.

"It's a WRAP!' Brief but to the point. I cooked before this class; I even ate at Pierre Marco White's London hotel restaurant (after Gordon Ramsay was already on the path to great success.) In a small way, I might be part of the choir this phenomenal chef is preaching to. In the end, I was reminded of techniques AND I learned valuable new things. This was almost too brief a wrap up but it was a fine one as far as it went. Great for aspirational cooks and chefs; less so for old, avocational home chefs.

Love the class, his passion is wonderful. I talk about this class the most when I talk about masterclass, Ramsay's passion to food and cooking has ignited mine. I have tried the recipes. I am learning to appreciate food, and creatively cook in the kitchen

Chef Ramsay's passion for cooking is so inspiring and his closing words perfectly sum up his approach to life: "Go and fucking cook!!". And so it starts for me my cooking adventure ...

This is such a great experience to see Gordon help us get better in our culinary endeavors. His passion for food is breathtaking! I will start from the beginning again and revisit each lesson.
