Absolutely fabulous. Learned new techniques and wonderful recipes. I want more of Gordon Ramsay. Highly recommend.

Watching these videos gives me great confidence in my abilities even though I am only a beginner.

There were a lot of new things I learned, including many new techniques and ways to interact with food ingredients and tools.

I enjoyed Mr. Ramsays' class and his approach. It was very informative. You can see his passion for what he does.

Love the assignment. When I finished watching the class video I though " how can he bring an assignment out of his background?" He proved me totally wrong and makes sense. I am looking forward to my mentorship this month.

I love this lesson, especially the assignment because it forces you to think more like an actual Chef would. In the process of meal planning ,preparing ,and cooking food by forcing you to confront your mentors for information. I find that very insightful.

I love successful individuals, like Ramsey, who started from humble beginnings. At the time I am sure those days of losing his pass and racking in the overdraft was stressful beyond believe, but I am confident that in hindsight Ramsey smiles at those memories. I can recall times like those in my past!

Cooking is a passion which someone could turn in any way they prefer their taste in food, I love spicy food not just for the spice but for all the different types of spice like through peppers, wasabi, and multiple other foreign country forms of it.

Gosh I just want to pick up and go to Paris now. Strangely I found some French money in my drawer this month and I don't even know how it got there? Even though I'm a journalist and have been writing for newspapers and keeping 100s of journals since I was 18, I think I'd like a switch and to try a cooking class in France. I heard there are even group tours leaving from Los Angeles and you can go with like-minded foodies to the best French restaurants in town. One of my favorite foods is crepes. Love them! Only I don't have any connections in France nor do I know anybody there or have a job, so the idea of Gordon just moving to France at such a young age is really inspiring. Going to check out my French travel guide tonight.

Love it. But I guess no one tells Gordon Ramsay to watch his potty mouth...?
