as a professional this masterclass helps me a lot to achieve a new height, need more lesson please

Amazing. Always wanted this deep insight into ingredient and dish preparation. As Gordon says, insight something you can't buy!

i learned many new things . how to cook the discarded items we often dont like, and i love gord

I learned a new way of search by using the side of the pan. Don’t know why I didn’t think of that! Also finally learned how to make the beef Wellington. Next, to master it without mushrooms which I don’t enjoy at all.

Excellent info. Coming from a Scottish background myself, I can vouch for the honesty, directness , and inquisitiveness of most Scots. It is all well intentioned and the swearing is incidental.

I enjoy learning about the instructor's journey. I would love to hear more about the mistakes he made and what he learned from them.

I appreciate the authenticity that Chef Ramsey has to start out this MasterClass. It's nice to see the "real" him and to see how hard cooking the way he cooks and at the level he does is. And he's right, you need to pay attention.

The language he uses is irrelevant. He's not cursing at you. He uses the word as a point of emphasis. You can assign whatever meaning you want to the word. Just listen to what he is saying and learn what you can and ignore what you don't like. I am going to watch every single Master Class in every category. They may not be something I would have pursued but the idea is to grow and learn and sometimes that means listening to people who are different from you. Sometimes, that is the very best part. Enjoy everyone! I sure am!

Sometimes the accent is difficult to understand; subtitles would be useful. I'm going on to a different chef's lessons, however, because I really don't like the swearing; it's disrespectful. I would never speak to my students in such a way. I regret not being able to learn more from Mr. Ramsay.

Chef Gordon Ramsey has always been an inspiration to me and the tone of these beginning lessons establishing who he is before anything and how he got there is very insightful. I can best describe it as this insight as to his beginnings and his reaffirming that he is above all Just a Chef is somehow reaffirming my dedication to being true to my love for this craft.

He’s at the top of his game and still rising. I don’t care how many times he curses. He’s awesome and successful and here to teach us invaluable skills.

It’s not really a lesson just some info on how he became a chef. I liked it.

I am glad I decided to take this class. Chef Ramsay is the man he is today because of his love and want for knowledge. It wasn't about the job for him, it was about the acquisition of knowledge and moving forward. You can see it in this video, and hear it in his words.
